Make your appointment in our comfortable office, where you can sit back and relax while watching our DVD demos of the most professional DJ’s, bands, entertainers, photographers, and videography samples. The Event Consultants has the most professional artists that you can see and hear prior to reserving them by seeing them “live in action”, so that you know exactly what to expect.

The Event Consultants was proud to offer their entertainment and videography services at the ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants), "Spring Event", which was held on Tues, April 12th, 2011, at the beautiful Newport Beach Marriott in Fashion Island, where they featured, Bilingual DJ and turntablist, Luis, Classical Flamenco Spanish Guitarist, Kevin, Accordion player, Hank, to go along with the "ethnic" food stations, and creative videographer, Dan to make the event even more special and memoriable!  They received many favorable remarks and feedback and had a chance to display a "small sample" of the many variety services that they can provide for any event. 

Each week they provide services for the various venues in the area.  Last week they provided Dj services at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point, The Wyndham Hotel in Cosa Mesa, and their package deals (photography, videography, DJ and ceremony music)  at  The Balboa Inn.
Also with Easter coming up this April 2011, they are providing many of their services at the local country clubs in the area with the Easter Bunny, face painters, balloons artists, magicians, photos with the bunny, harpists, pianists, and much more for the festival Easter and Spring theme events.

The Event Consultants also donated an acoustic guitarist for the "Beach Ceremony" wedding for the Winning couple at the Hilton Waterfront Resort in Huntington Beach held on March 27th, where a lucky couple won a fantastic all inclusive prize, which will be treasured for many years to come.
